- From North Exit of Oizumi-gakuen Station on Seibu Ikebukuro Line

- By foot: Approx. 15 minutes
- Bus: Take the bus bound for Wakoshi Station Minamiguchi/Nagakubo from Bus Stop 1 on the right as you come out of the North Exit and get off at Toeisatsueijo-mae (approx. 5 minutes)
- Taxi: There is a taxi stand on the right as you come out of the North Exit.
- From North Exit of Shakujii-koen Station on Seibu Ikebukuro Line

- Bus: Take the bus bound for Narimasu Station or the Shakujii Loop bus from Bus Stop 1 and get off at Toeisatsueijo-mae (approx. 10 minutes)
(Most buses depart from Shakujii-koen Station, making it more convenient.) - Taxi: There are taxi stands at the rotaries of the North and South exits.

There is no parking for cars or bicycles. Please use nearby facilities or come by public transport.
Due to the narrow width of Toei Street in front of the museum, buses are not allowed on the street for safety reasons.
