Toei Animation Co., Ltd. celebrated its 70th anniversary on July 31, 2026. Since its founding in 1956 as Japan's first full-scale animation production company, we have been able to reach this important milestone thanks to the continued support of fans through the many animated works we have created over the years.

Toei Animation Museum is celebrating this anniversary year with a variety of special activities and displays.

70th Anniversary Banner Display

A special 70th Anniversary banner is now on display at the Toei Animation Museum Shop.
Be sure to check out the commemorative 70th Anniversary logo, which is uniquely designed using the titles of the many works produced by Toei Animation throughout its history.

70th Anniversary Logo Decorations

The benches in the museum courtyard have been decorated with our 70th Anniversary logo.
Take a break, relax, or use them as a fun photo spot to commemorate your visit.

70th Anniversary Commemorative Stamp

A special 70th Anniversary commemorative stamp is now available at the museum.
Stamp your museum leaflet, notebook, or journal as a keepsake of your visit. It's also a great addition to any travel journal or stamp collection.

Visitors who complete our museum survey will receive a complimentary 70th Anniversary commemorative museum sticker.
We would greatly appreciate your participation in the survey.
How to receive your sticker:
Please show a museum staff member the survey completion screen after submitting your response.

  • Distribution will end or may be temporarily suspended without prior notice once supplies are exhausted.
  • Only surveys completed on the day of your museum visit are eligible.
  • One sticker will be given per completed survey.
  • Limited to one survey response per person, per day.
